There will be a LIMITED number of scholarships available in the 2009 season.
In order to apply for a scholarship, a player must come in person to registration.
The criteria for obtaining a scholarship is as follows:
1. Player must be a resident of Coral Springs and produce a utility bill or some proof of residency at the time of registration.
2. Player must possess and produce a Florida State Medicaid Card (gold) in the name
of the player. No other proof will be accepted. Free or reduced school lunch is not
sufficient.
3. Scholarships will be given on a first come basis.
When the allotment of scholarships is exhausted, a "Stand By" list will begin and
if a spot on a team is vacant, you will be called in order in the appropriate age group.
A full uniform must be available on that team, and you will be called on Labor Day
week-end and not before. If you do not recieve a call then no spots are available.
4. In applying for scholarship, at least Two (2) working Phone numbers must be
provided and an e-mail address if available
